Accountabilibuddies refund policy

This policy covers the Accountabilibuddies membership from Studio Movellan LLC. It explains how cancellations and refunds work on the monthly and annual plans.

Monthly Plan

The monthly plan is $60/month, and new monthly members get their first month free. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel before your first month ends, you won't be charged.

Canceling stops future billing. I don't refund months you've already paid for, and your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you've paid for.

Annual Plan: 30-day Guarantee

The annual plan is $540 per year, paid once, and includes 4 bonus 1:1 calls with me. If it isn't the right fit, you can request a refund or switch to monthly within 30 days of your purchase date. You don't need to give a reason, and you don't need to have attended a certain number of group calls.

How the Refund is Calculated

Each bonus call is worth $135 ($540 divided by 4 calls). If you've used any bonus calls, I deduct $135 for each call we've held from your refund.

Only calls we have actually held count toward the deduction. A call that was booked but not held, or that I had to cancel, does not count.

Switching to the Monthly Plan 

If you'd rather keep your membership month-to-month, you can switch within the same 30 days. We deduct any bonus calls you've used first, using the table above, and refund the rest of your annual payment. Monthly billing then begins at $60/month. The first month is not free when you switch from annual to monthly.

Assistants and Team Members

If your assistant attends in your place, this policy applies exactly the same way. The refund goes to the person or business who paid.

How to Claim

Email support@studiomovellan.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Tell us whether you want a refund or to switch to monthly, and include the email address you used to join.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5 to 10 business days to post it.

If you request a refund soon after you were charged, your bank may remove the original charge instead of showing a separate credit. If you don't see either after 10 business days, contact your bank.

After 30 Days

Annual payments are not refundable after the 30-day window. The annual plan does not renew automatically. When your year ends, your membership ends unless you choose to rejoin.

Bonus Call Terms

The annual plan includes four individual bonus calls, each up to 30 minutes. These calls renew each year with an active annual subscription. Unused calls do not roll over into future years. Scheduling is subject to availability. This offer and its components may be updated at any time.
