How to Set Up an Alias Email Address on Gmail
If you’re a small business owner and want to create a separate email address like info@, support@, or admin@, but you’re still a solopreneur and need to be able to check that account, you might want to set up that email address as an alias.
Please note that you will need a Google Workspace account to access this feature.
1/ First, go to admin.google.com and login
2/ On the left-hand menu, go to Directory
3/ Then select Users
4/ Select your primary email address
5/ Click Add Alternate Emails
6/ Scroll down to Alternate email addresses (email alias)
7/ Enter the alternate email you wish to have connected to your account and click Save
