Service Overview

Studio Movellan LLC offers paid Diagnostic calls for tech support in two session lengths:

  • 30-Minute Session -- $100

  • 60-Minute Session -- $200

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. The following terms apply to all cancelled bookings:

More than 24 hours before your scheduled session: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Less than 24 hours before your scheduled session: You will receive a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid.

No-shows (no cancellation before the session start time): No refund will be issued.

To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are effective based on the time we receive your request relative to your scheduled session.

Rescheduling Policy

Need to move your session to a different time? The following terms apply:

More than 24 hours before your scheduled session: You may reschedule at no charge to any available time slot.

Less than 24 hours before your scheduled session: Rescheduling is not available. The booking will be treated as a cancellation, and a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid will be issued. You are welcome to book a new session separately.

No-shows: No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Studio Movellan LLC

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to:

  • Reschedule to any available time slot at no additional cost, or

  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you feel that your tech support call did not adequately resolve your issue, please reach out within 7 days of your session. We will schedule a follow-up call at no additional charge to address any remaining concerns.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
