You should toggle on "show account suggestions" on your Instagram account because it can potentially expand your following by being suggested to other users who follow similar accounts based on content, niche, keywords, style, location, etc.
It’s essentially providing free exposure to your account and can help boost your growth.
On the Instagram desktop, go to the settings icon in the upper left-hand corner of your profile
Click Settings and Privacy
Scroll down to Show account suggestions on profiles and make sure it is toggled on.
Click Submit!
